How it works
Stockereum opens a permanent market for a brand new token, priced in a tokenized stock.
One transaction, one permanent market
A launch mints exactly 1,000,000,000 tokens and places the entire supply into a single Uniswap v4 position that starts at the opening price and runs to the top of the range. Because the range sits entirely above the market, the position needs no stock deposit — you bring nothing but the creation fee. The hook owns that position and contains no code path that can shrink it, so the liquidity cannot be pulled by the creator, the platform, or anyone else.
The token itself
Fixed supply, 18 decimals, no owner, no mint function, no pause switch, no proxy. Once a market opens, nothing about the token can be changed by anyone — not the creator, not the platform.
Fees are paid in stock
Every swap pays the launch's trade fee on the stock side of the trade — 1%, 2% or 3%, picked by the creator when the market opens and fixed forever. Buyers pay it out of what they send, sellers pay it out of what they receive, so the fee is always denominated in the paired asset. The platform keeps 0.5% of volume on a 1% launch and 1% of volume on a 2% or 3% launch; the rest (0.5%, 1% or 2%) goes to the creator, credited to an escrow and claimable at any time from the Claims page.
Holder rewards
A creator can route their share to the token's holders instead of themselves. The choice is made at launch and is permanent. Every trade then credits the creator share to a distributor contract, split across all holders in proportion to their balance at the moment the trade happens — the pool, the router and the platform contracts never count as holders. Anyone can claim their own share, and anyone can pay every holder at once: the push walks the holder list in gas-bounded batches, skips payouts smaller than their own gas cost, and resumes where it stopped. Tokens launched this way carry a Holder Rewards badge.
Buyback & burn
60% of the platform's fee on every ETH pair is used to buy tokens back and burn them, and 10% will be used to strengthen STOCKER LP. 50% buys $STOCKER, and two 5% slots buy tokens picked from launches on Stockereum; the picks rotate over time and past picks are listed on the Dashboard. Fees are collected into a buyback contract, bought through the platform router and sent straight to the dead address, all on-chain with no manual step. Burned tokens drop out of holder rewards, so the remaining holders' share grows. Fees from stock pairs are not part of the buyback. Every burn is visible on the Dashboard and on Etherscan.
Graduation tracking
Terminals can read graduation data from the /api/graduations endpoint.
The anti-snipe window
For the first 20 seconds of a market, the fee starts at 99% and decays linearly to the launch's own fee. Everything above that fee goes to the platform, not the creator, so there is no incentive to snipe your own launch. The trade panel counts the window down live.
What you can and cannot do
Governance can register new stock quotes, change the creation fee and pause new launches. It cannot touch a market that is already open — the token, the creator, the paired asset, the fee rate, the fee routing, the opening price and the liquidity position are all fixed the moment a launch lands.
Known limits
Swaps are exact-input only. Tokenized equities carry issuer controls: transfers pass through a compliance module the issuer can change, and a blocked pool would strand its own liquidity. Quote assets are a curated allowlist for exactly that reason, and never open to arbitrary ERC-20s.
