Stockereum is a launchpad
Stockereum is a launchpad. We have no control over any project launched on our launchpad. Each team launching or supported on our platform is independent and solely responsible for its own decisions and conduct. Anyone can launch a token, and a token appearing on Stockereum, on the Dashboard or in a buyback slot is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of that token, its team or its value.
Acceptance
By using stockereum.com or the Stockereum smart contracts you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
No advice
Nothing on Stockereum is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices, volumes, rewards and other figures shown on the site are for information only and may be delayed or inaccurate. Do your own research before you buy, sell or launch anything.
Risks
Tokens launched on Stockereum are highly speculative and can lose all of their value. Prices can move sharply, liquidity can be thin, and you may not be able to sell at the price you expect. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and blockchain networks can be congested or fail. Tokenized stocks used as quote assets are issued and controlled by third parties, who can restrict or change them. You use the platform entirely at your own risk and should only use funds you can afford to lose.
Your wallet, your responsibility
Stockereum is non-custodial. We never hold your funds or your private keys, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction. You are responsible for your wallet, for checking every transaction before you sign it, and for any fees and taxes that apply to you.
Fees and on-chain programs
Trades pay the fees described in the docs. Part of the platform's share funds on-chain programs such as buybacks, burns and liquidity. These programs, their split and the tokens they select can change at any time and are not a promise of any price, return or outcome.
Eligibility and local laws
You must be legally able to use a service like Stockereum where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any restrictions on tokenized securities. Do not use the platform if doing so is illegal for you.
Prohibited use
You may not use Stockereum for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to launch tokens that infringe others' rights or impersonate other people or projects. The site may hide tokens, images or names from its pages, although the on-chain contracts themselves keep working.
Third-party services
Stockereum relies on third parties such as Uniswap, wallet providers, RPC providers and price sources. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockereum and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including losses from trading, token launches, smart contract failures or the actions of any team or third party.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
